Good place for the money. The staff are very friendly. The guesthouse is clean and rooms are spacious. Great pool and sun deck too. I ate here quite a few times and the food is both cheap and very very tasty. There is a tour office too and tge owners are not at all pushy .Everything you are looking for in budget accommodation. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great with a short walk to a cultural museum, and the standard room was perfect for kids to play in upon arrival, which we really appreciated.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the kitchen is great and the food they prepare is not only well presented, but also delicious. Prices for the room are excellent while the room itseld is big and comfortable, they have a nice swimming pool, decoration of the hotel has been done with good taste, they offer very good tour services... I have no complain, I'd recommend this place without hesitation no matter if you go alone or with friends.
All was great. Nothing I disliked.

The location was good - excellent access to some of the main parts of Chiang Mai. A temple right outside the front door! Booked because of the swimming pool but then it rained! Room although basic was very clean. Only there one night so hard to comment really.
A very busy reception and found the staff on reception were not very friendly or welcoming and that there was no wifi in the rooms, only in the reception downstairs. That was the main reason for checking out, otherwise I would have stayed.

The staff is amazing. All of them have a really good english and are always making the biggest effort that they can to improve your stay there. It's a familiar business, ran by a young man that knows everything about Chiang Mai touristic stuffs. This was the most positive aspect about the Hostel, because it's not that common in Thailand to find people with good english and strong opinions about what to do when you visit a city. As soon I arrived the owner planned with me all my itinerary for every single day that I was going to stay there. They also offer a really amazing trekking experience, when you have different options for the hike. If you are willing to stay in a young place where you can meet new people but not sharing a room, this is the perfect option!

I reached sk House 2 coming close to midnight and kinda got a shock that it was located in a dark alley. However, next day, it looks totally fine! It has a temple opposite and within walking distance to many areas. The staff at sk House 2 was excellent, especially Nick! I was there backpacking alone and never once have I felt lonely. It was during the Songkran Festival and Nick made all his guests felt really comfortable and we had an impromptu mini party at the cafe. I would really highly recommend this place to all, especially those who would like to dip into the pool after a long day out walking! Beautiful Guesthouse!
I guess it the only thing which I felt was a pity is that my room did not have a mini-fridge. But still, that's not a big issue as the warmth of the staff would make you feel great staying there.

A perfect and handy location with swimming pool view, next to the center of town, temples and local shops and the surrounding area. Also, to the National Park;))
